Emily graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Since entering the workforce, Emily has held multiple administrative positions in and out of the healthcare setting. Emily has a passion for helping others through difficult times in life.
Charlotte came to work for CAFCA in March 2017 with extensive experience with medical billing. She has been married to her husband, Donnie for 36 years and they have two children (Sarah and Austin) and three grandchildren (Gerhardt, Hanlie and Ian). She enjoys spending her spare time with her grandchildren, golfing and relaxing by the pool.
After retiring from state government, Vicki Barnett has handled billing needs for CAFCA for 15 years. When she is not chasing down claims, she enjoys spending time fishing with her husband Tommy and grandson, Jackson.
Melissa is the voice of CAFCA and will usually be the person clients and referral sources communicate with first. She has a BA in Art and Theatre from Morehead State University and has experience with managing, marketing, community outreach and grant-writing for theatre companies and her own wellness center.
Harold is a long time provider of mental health services in Central Kentucky and is an instructor nation wide for the Juvenile Sexual offender Program. He is a strong advocate for his clients and believes a wrap around/team approach to treatment is beneficial to quality care.
Alisha worked in the medical billing field previously and has served as a billing specialist with CAFCA for the past several years. She enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her son Jackson and working with her church.
Noel C. Turner, CPA is the owner of his own CPA form and serves as the CFO of CAFCA. With more than 25 years of experience in governmental auditing and accounting, he brings with him a wealth of healthcare finance knowledge.
