Jeannie graduated from Johnson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Bible and Theology. She is equipped to serve families and the community. Mending relationships through holistic approaches is a passion of hers. Before coming on board at CAFCA Jeannie volunteered for three years at a woman’s safe-house in Knoxville TN.

Christy graduated from Campbellsville University with a BSW and an MSW from University of Kentucky.  Since graduating, Christy continues to work with her CCSS clients, lead mental health and behavioral support groups at local schools, and will be conducting client intake sessions.  She lives in Harrodsburg and enjoys playing tennis and being outdoors.

AARON CARNEY

Aaron earned his Bachelors degree in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. and is currently attending Lindsey Wilson College working on a M.Ed. In mental health counseling and human development. Aaron has experience working with children and families through DCBS.  He is married with three daughters and enjoys camping and hiking.

Heather graduated from EKU with a degree in Elementary Education.  She then got her Master's Degree from University of the Cumberlands.  She received her Rank I in Moderate to Severe Disabilities from Georgetown College. Heather has taught in the elementary school setting and now teaches Moderate to Severe Disabilities in the middle school setting.

Rhonda has worked with children with disabilities for the past 10 years in elementary and high school settings. She lives on her family's farm in Garrard County with her husband Daryl and their three kids.

Raegan graduated from Campbellsville University in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology. She is currently working towards a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. She is passionate about working with children and their families. She is now working as a CCSA for CAFCA and will be interning this fall.

RAEGAN MILLER

Katlin has a passion for helping others live their best lives. She received a Bachelors of Social Work with a minor in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2020. She is currently enrolled in the University of Kentucky pursuing her Masters of Social Work with an emphasis in clinical social work. In her free time, her and her husband enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, and walking their beagle. 

JEANNIE HOOD

Jacob has completed two internships with CAFCA and is working on his third to complete his Masters degree at EKU for clinical mental health counseling. Jacob wants to become a therapist after he graduates and hopes to focus on the child population in his future work. Jacob has nine siblings which has influenced his schooling and goals tremendously.

Kayla started working with children as a mentor and quickly developed a passion for it. She spent 6 years working with special needs children in elementary schools, and has decided to continue serving children and families with CAFCA. She lives in Lancaster, KY with her husband Ryan and their 3 children. Her hobbies include crafting, and spending time with her family!
